Ceremony livestream

The convocation ceremony will be livestreamed for those who cannot attend in person. The livestream will begin shortly before the ceremony starts. Click here to join the livestream.

Ceremony registration

Registration for Spring Convocation has now closed. If you missed the deadline to register, please email Neil Baer as soon as possible. Students must register in order to participate in the ceremony and receive guest tickets. Tickets are required for all guests and can be picked up in the CMN Advising Office (3051 Lincoln Hall) beginning in April.

Academic regalia

A cap and gown are required to participate in the Communication Convocation. Herff Jones provides rentals for all graduates.

Photographs

Photographs will be taken during the ceremony by GradImages. 

Special accommodations

Special accommodations should reserved in advance, as they are the only way your entire party can be seated together in accessible seating areas.

To request accommodations, please contact the Virginia Theatre. More information coming soon.

Extra tickets

Each participating student can receive up to 6 guest tickets. For those who may need extra, additional tickets may be requested (but are not guaranteed). Click here to submit a request for extra tickets.
