Biography
Rachel L. (Kimnach) Xiao is a Ph.D. Graduate student in the Department of Communication and is focusing on Emergency responders and the discursive patterns found within this context. With a language and cultural background, she is also interested in how minority languages (e.g. American Sign Language) and communication patterns can help inform our theories of organizational communication.
