Biography
I am a PhD student at the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign), concentrating in Group and Organizational Communication.
As a researcher, I take a multi-level approach to the broad question, How do organizational contexts and networks affect teamwork and collaboration?
As a teacher and mentor, I believe in dynamic engagement that is tailored to the needs and contexts of my students.

My research aims to build communication theory and provide practical information for supporting teams and organizations as they work together across boundaries.
